Reformed Dogmatics: Sin and Salvation in Christ by Herman Bavinck
Herman Bavinck's Reformed Dogmatics vol 3 Sin and Salvation in Christ has just been published by Dutch Reformed Translation Society. There is still one more vol in the Reformd Dogmatics to be published.
Bavinck wrote: "The question of the origin of evil, second to that of the existance itself, is the greatest enigma of lfe and the heaviest cross for the intellect to bear." p 54
Futher on he wrote: "Still, in saying that God is not the cause of sin, we have not said everything. Scripture, which strongly distances God from all wickedness, firmly announces on the other hand, that his counsel and government also extends to sin." p 59
This is a very good book. It is great that the Dutch Reformed Society has translated this important book into english.

This is on my need to get list. It was just brought to my attention a week or so ago and now here it is again. . .maybe I need to go visit amazon. . .
Reformation Heritage books is where I got mine. They are a little cheaper.
